Chicken breast, pinto beans, mixed veggies, peanuts. Usually i'll run this meal twice, then cod/rice/broccoli/blueberries/almonds(or almond butter) twice, but start out the day with greek yogurt/flaxseed/rolled oats/blueberries/chia seeds followed by a multivitamin and then a protein drink before bed.

Another bowl of chicken soup. I am under the weather a bit and the soup sure helps.
