Really cool stuff as always, I enjoy watching them!
I also noticed that the Pork Pie Facebook fan page has been featuring your videos quite a bit! You must be pretty famous now :icon_cool:
@Weezy: Thanks, I'm enjoyed every bit of em'!
@Marko: Yeah the spurs are very solid, I don't think I'll ever have a problem with this kit creeping!
@Late8: If I start having to transport my kit...
Welcome to DrumChat! :icon_mrgreen:
I am by no means an expert on bongos, but the ones that I have don't seem to go out of tune (I don't play them as much as I probably should though) very much. I...
In my opinion I would go for the Sledgehammer, it seems like a very nice, well rounded drum. I know Yamaha makes some pretty good drums though (I've not tried any however, they are pretty hard to...
Jimmy looks like one happy little guy! :)

Cool stuff!
Nice editing, interesting video, and cool song! Great work man! :)
Yeah, the 12" has been a bit tricky for me as well, but I got it to where I'm reasonably happy with it. Oddly enough, my previous kit had the same issue..
Thanks Late8!! :)
That a very...
Pretty cool man! You had a great groove goin' there! :)
Welcome to DC!
I've only tried them out in the store, so I don't have much experience with them. Sorry to hear your having problems with them though. That seems a bit odd to be happening...
Apply it in the rear of the kit near the module. And 220 or higher is optimal. I've heard people achieving faster speeds at 480, but I don't know how true that is.
What Mark said, and:

Looks like they may be making a comeback. Not too many artists endorsing them according to their site- so far only 4...
Haha! You should be a comedian!
Thanks! I was surprised too, that little 14x11 can realllly belt it out!
Thats good to know, if the store can't do anything about repairing it I'll probably just do something similar to what you...
I've heard the Prop Department uses things like Poop to achieve certain types of sounds...
Congrats man, thats one beautiful drum!! A fine collection of snares ya got there too :icon_mrgreen:
**Sorry for the double post, it didn't seem to accept my original post the first time :/
I think the smaller kits are a great idea. More efficient and easy on those with a large amount of gigs that really only require a modest setup. I'm curious since I've not tried one myself; how does...

Staring at those boxes without opening them musta been torture!
Really amazing kit man, acrylics are beautiful!! :)
Cool idea! I think it would work, but not in my instance unfortunately. The batter side hoop has a good amount of pedal rash  but if it didn't, it probably would work out nicely.
Wow,...
Whoah man, that one serious setup right there!
Maybe it's just me, but I couldn't see the photo you originally linked :dontknow:
Really nice kit man, and my oh my-- what a beautiful finish!!...
Hey, it's not fair to have just 1 favorite when it comes to snares, right? :icon_wink:
Beautiful drum.. I could stare at it all day!
