JGL, welcome to DC. That is a huge ride cymbal. How's the wash on it? Does it ever get out of control?
Spatz, that Twenty Masters is a work of art.

NAMM hear we come. PST 8, interesting. Love the blue logos on those Alphas.
You can definitely make some music with those...congrats!
It says guest under their user name now. Does that indicate being banned or is there a way to unregister?
Welcome to DC Thorn. That is a stunning cymbal collection you have. What kind of drums do you serve up with all those pies?
Way to go and make the plunge slinky. I can relate. I had never purchased a Zildjian product and I'm waiting delivery on some new Zildjian hats (I won't go into detail on the Paiste thread).
Hi jbjams22 and welcome to Drum Chat. The 402 series was a budget line from the 90s.
Hey Xweasel. It's a nice little crash. I used it yesterday morning for the first time out of the house. Love it! I also used it as a crash ride and it worked well. The quick decay is nice. Your...
Have you had a chance to listen to it yet? I have that cymbal in the Crash version. It's my favorite crash. I haven't played the Medium Crashes.
Sure. Paiste calls it CuSn8 or 2oo2 bronze. Like...
Thanks Late8!
Hey Xsabers. This would be a worthy investment trusting the cymbal is in excellent shape. The 2oo2 line is a pro cymbal made from B8 bronze. Medium thin must be a discontinued designation. The...
Hey thanks Drumbledore! I have one splash. It is a 10" 2oo2.
Thanks Ducfoot. It does fill a gap in my cymbal line up.
Thanks Tah!
My new pie was delivered today. :dancing:

Oh cool. Good to know Skip's has layaway.
Congrats on the new RUDEs Late! BTW, where do you do your drum shopping?
Good to hear. I was leaning toward the Novo because of the playable bell. I will look into the 20" too. Thanks Dave.
I'm ready to buy another cymbal. Right now it is a toss up between a 2oo2 18" China Type or a 2oo2 18" Novo China.
No one has these in stock locally. I've had to rely on sound files and I like...
You got me curious Late. Looked it up and that thing weighs 7.5 lbs. Wow!
If I change the word RUDE to 2oo2 then I can say... +1
Nice collection. I play 2oo2s myself. I'm looking at buying a 2oo2 China next. What is you take on the 22"? I was thinking an 18".
Welcome to DC Klenneth!
Do you play the PST5 or PST3? I had a set of PST5s I thought were great for the price.
I have some modern day red labels. All they say is top and bottom too (they say sound edge also). I know on their crashes a non-specification are a tad thinner than the ones labeled medium.
Looks like he is using some rivets on it. Like the sound of the (guessing 8") hats too. Glad you liked it Late!
Interesting use of a PST crash, which sounds great IMO.
