I always wondered if Chris himself made each snare - or if he had a small team that made them? I have a walkabout - I believe the last walkabout they did. It's a 12x7 York Gum. Here are my three...
Those are two drums you can't go wrong with...I've got both 14x5 Acro and Supraphonic and they are show stealers :)

Yup - they keep multiplying! I'd like to eventually add a 70's 6.5 Supra to the mix. A 14x8 Brady would be nice too...

I had one of these - it was a 14x5.5 dw/Craviotto solid shell maple snare drum I ordered from a local drum shop. I ordered mine back in 2001/2002 when Craviotto teamed up with dw before he went and...

I've got 2 Brady's. I put coated Emperors on both. On my 14x6.5 Jarrah block it's a little too much. On my 12x7 York Gum block it sounds excellent. For my 14 I'm going back to the CS dot soon - that...

I had a set of these! This was my first set of drums I ever bought brand new - it was 1994 and I was 14. I sold an old Mapex set I had bought used and saved up for these drums. Mine were in the 'Wine...
A side-shot - but you get the idea. I play at times 2-up and 2-down or 1-up and 1-down.

Actually, I didn't have to speak with Chris Brady regarding getting this drum built - though that would have been very cool :)

Here's a few pictures of my new Brady Walkabout Series snare - 12x7 York Gum block. I believe it's the only one of this size ever made with this type of Australian wood. I do know that only two...
That FiberSkyn front head looks great! I've got an Ebony and White Coated reso heads for my dw kit - I'd like to get a FiberSkyn too.

Here are three examples of different finishes:
-DW Charcoal Fade over Twisted Tropical Olive exotic
-DW FinishPly (can't remember the exact name of it) - very dent/scratch resistant
-Brady Natural...
