Current prices are absolutely ridiculous...............you would think someone would make a cheaper version

yep..............i tried using brushes , but they were just too quiet, we only had one overhead mic and a kick mic..................used some Tala wands and they worked great

Good luck............I just did a couple of services with an extremely small setup...........good to change it up once in a while, but I like playing on a full kit much better.
