beautiful kits guys.
Great kits all, I love the finish on the pdp kit.
All great kits, I love the classic look of maple and that vintage look of the sparkle.
great stuff
all great stuff and Shane, what a great shot as well!
wraps are far more durable then paint ;-)
Way to big for me to play
It was a kick, the people were very nice. It was interesting, the bumpers into commercials were kind of cool, they would say " and coming up in the next hour....." and then we would start in the...
Cools stuff, I love this shot of mine, I play in a few bands but the one that is really taking off is a Txas Country Rock band. The Steven Franks Band.
We played 4 bumpers and a complete song on...
Cool shot,
Looks like you are having a blast
looks great, I have a Rogers kit I am going to restore soon as well,
I actually have a few of those vintage toy drum kits in my toy collection.
Yes I also collect vintage toys, it is a sickness I know.
That Dunnett snare about gave me heart palpitations!
Very Nice! http://robertmdrums.com/emocons/clap1.gif
Very nice, love the color
Ok that is amazing! What is the wood?
I am a huge DW fan ;-)
Very Neil Peart! cool.
I love the setting, looks like a great place to jam.
Yes it is only the CX I believe. I don't think they get anywhere near a spray gun. But prefer a wrap kit for gigging. Much more durable then paint. I only pull out the lacquer kits once in a while.
Pacific CX are great drums, I owned a kit for a while. My only advice is to get a can of clear and spray the exposed wood on the BD hoops so they don't get stained from your hands when moving them....
Great stuff, I love them all!
that looks like toooo much fun!!!
I have half of them stripped.
And yes I am not bad with a spray gun:icon_wink:
I built a kit from scratch years ago with keller shells. I have done some snares. I just finshed a 12x6 snare...
I believe the Royalstars were the same shells.
I am stripping paint today.
Yep, the first kit is power toms, and the second kit is standard depth. I would not go for square toms, I personally don't like the sound. I also have a 14 and 15 standard toms for the second kit not...
