    Because it sounds better when it is on a lift. Fuller and warmer with more bottom end to the tone. Doesn't effect the ergonomics at all. Really brought something else out of that kick.

    Warning: the larger jam blocks are loud!! I have a red one I got as a gift. The slightest tap and that thing knocks on your brain. Sits in a closet.
