Is that a 24" ride Olimpass? I had a friend in college who had a 24" Zildjian. Biggest I've seen for a traditional lathed cymbal.

And keep in mind if you go to tru-pitch tension rods you're going to have to swap out the lug inserts too. They may come as a package... I don't know.
