They remind me of A Custom Medium crashes.. the hats tho, these are the Sound Edge version and hard to distinguish from my '02's. The Ride is a classic medium ride.. no surprises.
according to Paiste it makes the cymbal slightly dryer/darker... compared to my thin '02's or K Custom Hybrids they sound more like A Custom Mediums, but I think that's the Paiste 900 series in...

those are V bars on either side... not curved bars. They make straight, V, and curved
I just got some new stuff from girbraltar.. including new curved bars, and they're exactly the same as my old ones as far as curve radius,etc. Are you sure you didn't get a "V" bar by mistake?.....

I use the Super 2's with the Studio X ring built in on my Tama Silverstar rock kit... it sports 13", 16" and 18" toms. It adds just a touch of control but still has enough of that big fat open sound...
