Yeah, i think that was the line before Paiste changed the design and the name of the cymbals. It'd just look different than your crashes and stuff but it should be okay.
As ive said in previous threads, my next cymbal "upgrade" will be to PST 5's, and in order to get everything else i need too, i am buying them used. While scrolling through GC's used section, i noticed a fair number of 502 chinas. These are pretty much PST5's, right? So i could get a 502 china with all the rest being PST 5's, right?

I go to my local drum shop and purchase my sticks. I like to touch them before I buy them ;-)

Shouldnt be a problem at all, but on the other hand i dont have ocd about my cymbals all looking the same either. but I would never buy cymbals without playing them, brand/model means nothing - sound means everything.
wait . . . maybe I do, i think I am going to be getting a full set of dreams, absolutely love the 18 inch crash/ride i just got and a set of hats at my local dealer I have my eye on. so much fun trying out all the different cymbals, every one sounds different.
