How about another crash? Looks like you have an 18", so how about a 16?
I have a ride, a crash, a Hat, a splash. What should I get next. I feel I should get another cymbal, a big one. No more accent cymbals for now. Should I get a china? If so or if not what should I get and what brand. I have about $90 to spend, I cant get up into the $200's

BE COUNTED!
+1 on the crash
If you're looking for a heavier sound for rock or metal then I would consider getting another 18" crash but one that is heavier than the one you already have like an 18" medium crash.
(Btw a china is an accent cymbal!)

Tama, china cymbals are usually considered their own kind, not bunched in with 'effect' cymbals or 'accent' cymbals.
+1 on the crash.

I go to my local drum shop and purchase my sticks. I like to touch them before I buy them ;-)

Yeah, a 16" crash would probably suit you well.

you can get a great cowbell for way less than $90. if you're looking for a new cymbal though, definitely go for another crash. the more cymbals you have, the a wider variety of combinations you can make. i'd say go for a 16", it'll probably sound best with your current setup.
