    Default Double Bass Drum Fills

    I would like to start getting into some double bass drum fills for classic rock music. What are some kind of double bass drum fills you would use in classic rock. My lesson instructor gave me a few, but since he is a metal drummer, they don't all sound too good in classic rock.

    try a flam on the snare on the quarter note then double bass on the "and-ah" and do it all around the kit

    whip out the books with different hand combinations p(lay around the kit)and add double bass over the top, either in triplets, 8ths, 16ths or 32nd notes.

    I do that smae fill, but I just use triplets and it acts like a roll.
