Zapp, I see that pedal on-line (900PSN) has a toe stop but yours doesn't? Where did it go?

The 900pn is the new one that came out in January.
Tuned a house kit at a show. Always have a gig bag wherever I go.
Bolted a curved Gibraltar bar on two cymbals stands for the Zickos acrylic kit to provide some stability after kicking them more than a few times and nearly tipping the edges of the cymbals into the acrylic shells.
Had major hihat creep since I'm using a light single braced hihat stand for the Zickos kit but didn't have a spare "dogbone" to secure it so I found some miscellaneous clamps and L-rods that was hidden in my hardware box and bolted it to a cymbal stand.
Cleaned out the corner of the garage by pulling out the five kits I had crammed in the corner and organized the extra drum heads I had stored away in boxes.
I wish I could keep my drums set up in garage like this but it would be impractical since I have two vehicles that unfortunately take priority over the drums. The 5 kits will get shoved back into the corner after I'm done cleaning the shells and changing a few batter and reso heads.

Jammed with my band for a few hours,.
Mapex Saturn 6 pc
14x6 mapex stainless steel snare
Zildjian,Paiste, Meinl
DW5000 td4 double pedal
Practiced some Paradiddle as triplets. Tough to count
Bought a used Zildjian A 18" medium ride for $90. Took it home and cleaned it up. I wanted another small (18") ride to use on my jungle kit. Today I'm going to install a port hole in the reso head of the 16" kick so I can stic a mic on it. We're playing a gig tonight in a small bar and I'm planning on using the jungle kit.

Play the SONG......not the DRUMS!!!
"I think that feeling is a lot more important than technique. It's all very well doing a triple paradiddle - but who's going to know you've done it? If you play technically you sound like everybody else. It's being original that counts." ~ John Bonham
Packing up for tonight's gig.
viewed clips of Prince doing his thing & admire Sheila E's playing
I've been trying it at my desk..........damn that's hard
Stinks the gig was canceled, but good luck with the new group
Sounds like a great score....................pics or it didn't happen!
Good luck tonight..............and again, pics or it didn't happen!
I was in love with Sheila E back in the 80's
Right!? As with anything it's easier once you practice it a bit. I've got it down pretty well now, as far as counting it. Playing them as 16th note triplets I top out at about 60 bpm. My brain and body have not reached the point where I can count and move that fast at the same time. Lol
The gig tonight was great. Was supposed to be a spectator but the drummer didn't show. I played on there house kit and it was alright. If I get a call back I'll be better prepared.
Thought about setting mine on fire.
Serviced my double pedal, gave it a good cleaning some white lithium grease and it flies again.
New heads on the Supra. Drums look so nice with new heads.
Browsed the Ludwig website. The club series looks neat with the duco finishes

The men needed to come in white suits! lol a real good friend of mine wanted to do a big party on the Saturday July 2. and have some music. Technically it's a freebie we'll get food and drinks no big deal. The owner of the venue first said no problem sounds great. Then a week later the owner asked for karaoke. They want karaoke not a live band and got upset. Why wasn't this discussed in the first place? I would have not got involved, the owner knew it was going to be a band.My friend is looking for another venue but nothing yet. I have no problem with people changing their minds, but don't get mad at us for it and make it look like we were wrong.
