Rush - Neil Peart - Snakes and Arrows - Armor and Sword
I listen to this all the time because I'm learning how to play it. Love the drumming on this song.
I have seen them live and will see them again. Going to see them in April.
Also been listening to Cold - Sam McCandless is the drummer - I like his style - never seen them live, would love to. Lead singer, Scooter Ward, has an awesome voice.
A Perfect Circle, Stone Temple Pilots, Foo Fighters, Godsmack - Shannon Larkin - Never been to a concert, would love to see all of them live.

Love those guys! Tosin Abasi is just an incredible guitar player, I think that dude will be very influential for decades to come... BTW apparently Navene Koperweis is their full time drummer now.
I've been trying to learn guitar lately so I've been going back & listening to a lot of older stuff to learn guitar parts:
Husker Du/Sugar/Bob Mould solo stuff
Neil Young & Crazy Horse
DEVO
Cream
The Black Keys
The White Stripes (RIP)
Meat Puppets
Buckethead

Oh...and the Damned Things debut is a killer disc too.
This guy who plays for Steve Vai caught my attention recently:

I've been listening to some of his works in the hopes that I can channel him through my playing for a couple of our songs....
One of the things that impresses me about this guy is how committed he is with his playing and how tight his drum arrangements are to the other instruments.

I've been going to the dark side and listening to some metal lately. I found these guys and they're tight. "Meet At Sundown" is the name of the band.
The drummer's solid! He's obviously the backbone of the band.
