Dating this Zildjian Cymbal

No...not taking it out for drinks


I brought a set recently and the guy threw in a couple of cymbals. I think this one might be vintage. The value is not an issue, I'm just trying to figure out approx when it was made.

It's a 14". Looks like it was used as a bottom hi-hat. Has A logo. No other markings

PS - I'm actually a bassist. The set is for my son

it between 1960 and 1969
with zildjian at that time nothing was by year it was by decade

So Riouel's pretty much right. The Arabic writing that you see on your Zildjian stamp will have three or so dots in the middle of the lower script. It seems that these were dropped from later stamps.

The 3 dots on the arabic only seem present in the 60's stamp...
