That's another side, PDP does make nice gear. Nothing to be ashamed of. I should point out, when I see a PDP kit with a DW reso on it, it's usually not the drummer's kit, it's the venue's house kit.

House of Blues restaurant stage house kit does it.
Four Lakes Lodge in Lisle does it.

So it's not uncommon. All in all, you won't catch flak for choosing to or not to put a DW reso on. You will catch flak (from me) if you tag it as a DW in Craigslist. I'm glad you liked reading the responses and got a good answer out of us, ha. Enjoy your PDP, DW head or not.

ITCHIE: This is yet ANOTHER point that could be brought up, lol. One, that the public is ignorant and will not care. Or two, the public recognizes the DW logo from seeing it on big bands drummer's kits, and immediately thinks "This band must be hot stuff!" It's a possibility, but I'd still be going with option one, haha.

I say be proud of your kit and display the PDP logo. Mine has the PDP at the top and a small DW at the bottom. PDP kits are great no need to put a DW logo head on them.

I'd take a look on E-bay. Back when i had my premier and ludwig kits I found logo's for both on there.
