It'd literally be a case of buying 2 wings/side pieces and a long curved front bar. Look for any rack, e.g. Pearl Icon. And then just find the pieces you'd need.

    My Kit:
Mapex Horizon HZB in Transparrent Cherry.
Consisting of 10" and 16" Toms.
    14" Snare and 22" Bass.
Toms have Aquarian Perfomance II, snare has ambassador coated.

    Cymbal Array:
    14" Pearl CX-200 Hats.
    16" B8 Rock Crash.
    20" Paiste 400 Power Ride.
    10" Meinl MCS Splash.

Also, that looks like what Heikki Saari (Norther) did with his kit. To quote from another forum:

"The rack front bar is standard DR-501C rackbar, so no special stuff there. i've made some custom setting up using the new RJ-100 -rackjoints and DR-100 shorter legs. This makes possible to extend the whole rack by using the RJ-100's and then using DR-100 movable legs. I guess from this picture you'll see exactly whats going on:

So what's happened there i used a standard 3 side DR-503C and got the extra DR-100 shorter movable legs which i attached to rack by using PCX-100 -clamps and then used RJ-100's to mount the front bar to the side bars! "

    The joint in question:
