Oh man, it is fantastic! Sounds amazing, with a bell that cuts through bricks(haha), I can get so many different sounds out of it. Its super heavy so it doesn't function all that well when "crashing" but other than that, super versatile.
One downside though, i can't find very much info on it!

Looking real nice Gretsch, how do you like the Sabian XS cymbals? My Zildjian ZBT has cracked and I can't afford much to replace it but I have heard that the XS are a much better sounding cymbal than ZBT/B8s without the major price tag of A Customs etc, whats your thoughts?

Ok I hope I don't bring the value of this thread down, but I thought I'd share my newest addition to my cymbal family (OMNI) and the newest 'layout' including booming my crash instead of my ride, and flipping my tom mount over to move hardware out of the hi-hat's path
