I think you'd have better luck on a snipe hunt.
Apparently they were made in Germany, but they were either so poorly made they all fell apart--or they were so poorly marketed that nobody bought one other than that set you've seen in the drum shop.
You'd do better with a recognized brand (Pearl, Tama, etc.)...it's a cliche, man, but it's true...you get what you pay for...

You can get some good deals on used brand name drumsets if you know what you're looking for.
