Mate you got some decent chops. Pretty creative as well
Hey everyone! So in the UK just now there's a monthly competition for the best 30 second Kick Hat Snare entry. It has been going for over a year and there have been some really incredible, creative and original entries. September is the final month and I've put in a good bit of practice to upload my own. Please check it out and tell me what you think and if you have a moment, help me get that wee bit closer to a fantastic opportunity.
Happy drumming!

Pretty cool! For a second it sounded like you put the recording into hyper speed but then realized you are just that good!

Cheers guys! You should check out all the past winners. There's some great playing in there!
I agree pretty good stuff. Never thought that the snare could be used as a hand drum. I will have to try that. Thanks for posting and good luck.
Dude...good stuff! Excellent job! Thanks for sharing.... I've never though much about such stick techniques. I'm going to mess around and see what I can incorporate into some Bluegrass. That will give it a different feel and sound over the traditional beats that are becoming rather boring.

"Too many crappy used drum stuff to list"
Play the SONG......not the DRUMS!!!
"I think that feeling is a lot more important than technique. It's all very well doing a triple paradiddle - but who's going to know you've done it? If you play technically you sound like everybody else. It's being original that counts." ~ John Bonham
Very cool stuff!
