    That's my point exactly Rick. Sometimes I just can't ignore some of the questions that get asked and my comic side kicks in. I mean really. What effect would stage lights have on .000001 gram of vaseline?

    I'd think that the hairspray in the lead guitar player's hair would ignite before the vasoline would start running. At least for '80s hair bands8^).

    Vaseline works pretty well, but the best choice is anti-seize. Lasts forever and is designed to lubricate threads. A tube is only a couple bucks at any auto parts place.
