    Default wireless system for percussion?( arabic tabla)

    Hello everyone !

    I am searching for a good quality wireless system mic for percussions...
    they have suggested me senheisser e 908 D+freeport ,will this make sound feedback or not? i want to use mic for arabic tabla
    AKG or Shure is mostly used for ths style of percussion but e 908 D is brand new model and also well talked.... has anyone tried freeport + 908?

    all i can suggest to do is look it up on youtube

    you will only have issues with feedback if the foldback on stage is too loud ..using in-ear monitoring will eliminate this 100%

    senheisser e 908 is a very small mic and has a high directional polar pattern so this feedback shouldn't be an issue

    should i choose dynamic( sen e 608 e.g) or conseder mic(sen e 908 d e.g ) to eliminate chances of sound feedback?
    well yes i am talking for a small envrironmets with too loud music....

    The pick up pattern of the mic is more important then the electronics re: feedback control. The tighter the pattern the better the control. Look for a mic with a hypercardioil pattern. Condenser mics tend to a wider pattern. Also consider that closer mixing will result in more bass response in a dynamic mic.
