I first heard about this cymbal when I was learning some Police songs for an audition.

Wanted one since I heard it. Now I hate the "waiting".

This will be the first Paiste I've ever owned.

I think they do that on purpose. It's at a transfer location for the weekend and all the musicians that work there are going to take a crack at it. They do it to my gear all the time.

I do still have mine, and use it almost exclusively. Occasionally I pull out an older Zildjian or the XS20 I have at practice, but the Paiste is awesome!

I got mine on sale as well, Small Business Saturday like 2-3 years ago for like $320. Absolutely worth it.

    Enjoy longgun

    Dry very pingy.
Large bell gives good vol me without being clangy.
Coating cuts down on unwanted overtones.
I have a 20in Prototype that is very similar ,but has more of a shimmer because it does not have the coating.

You are paying for the Paiste name though.
