I know a couple of guys who bought sets a few years ago and they thought they were a great deal for the money.

I think I read something about them being Gretsch Catalina shells or something?

I know that they're a house brand for Sigler Music, but I couldn't tell you much else about them.
Mmm... Saturns.
The ones with suspension mounts and birch or maple shells are supposed to be a very good deal. There are others with larger pearl-style brackets drilled into the shell and these were not as exciting or so I heard. I've never played any myself, but that is what I've been told.
Yep, Sigler's house brand drums. Not bad though, not a nice tight cutting sound from what i'd heard in their videos. I could tell they were just pouring on the eq thicker than maple syrup on pancakes, but it gave at least somewhat of an idea of what you can expect from them. I liked what I heard for the price they're marketed at, a great starter to intermediate player's kit.
