    Hi Guys!

I'm new to this forum. I've been recording covers of some cool songs with a close friend of mine.

Please check it out, I want to know how I can improve (in terms of all aspects i.e. playing, arrangement, song choice, filming, editing) and I would appreciate all kinds of criticism!

    Thanks in advance (:

I'm catching up on some videos and came across this one. Really shocked that it didn't get any feedback.

First off welcome to the board and thanks for sharing the vid. I think you did a good job with it. Seemed to be mixed decently and not too shabby with the camera either. I say keep those vids coming.

Just seeing this now as well. You guys play well together - very tight. What type of electronic kit are you playing? The video is nice and crisp as well. Well done! And welcome to DrumChat!

    Welcome to Drum Chat.

That was done very well. It helps to have a really good bass player, too.

    Nice job, guys!

well done. Great sound quality (electronic drums help...) and nice video editing.

See how relaxed and comfortable the bass player is? So laid back and grooved, head bobbing and at ease. With the simplicity of your drum beat you should try to relax a little more too and groove with the beat. But other than that sounded great nice work! All good fills that matched the song and beat.

Thanks for the feedback everyone! Yea I need to relax a little more I guess, I'm kind of stressed out when I record cause I try to do it in a full take. There's just so much going on haha! That being said I'm sure it can be overcome with practice. Just need to keep playing (:

    Thanks again guys!
