Too hard yes. We drummers may be biased too. Do we love a song because we love it, or because we love playing it? The lines blur a bit.
I love "fooled around and fell in love" by Elvin Bishop. I like the song and playing it I feel it is timeless, not a tired old classic, but current and well written today as it was yesterday.
