Roland TD11 Connect

Hi wonder if anyone can tell me the "right " way to connect my Roland TD-11 electronic kit to a mixer /amp system . We have a yorkville sound system with builtin mixer/amp ..but we also use an external mixer ....how should i tie into the system to get the best results . any help greatly appreciated .

1/4" mono instrument cable into the mixer.
