Is anybody else having a problem making a copy of anything from youtube.

No matter what I do, I wind up with a black box.

Do you have restricted mode turned on? When you have a video pulled up, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. There are five items at the bottom of the page and the third item from the left is restricted mode on or off.

Make sure Java and Adobe flash player are up to date.... Also, try clearing your browsing history. You can also try web different browsers like Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Mark, I appreciate the idea's, but everything is up to date.

It's been like this for a couple of days. What really pi$$'s me off is that I can go to older videos that I have put up and they can be put up with no problem, including the video that I've been trying to put up for the last 2 days.

When I found out that it's just a certain segment of videos that I can't copy, I opened a window and sent a $600 laptop out said window like a Frisbee and right into a tree. It now sleeps with the ants.

No patience whatsoever for stupid things This is stupid.







The 1st video is 1 I put up (obviously) on March 1st. No problem

The black screen is the same video, done the same way as the 1st, but this is what I get now.

The forum runs a version of vBulletin that's a thousand years old so it's no wonder really.
