This is a roland TD10 kit it came from Bobby Dean son of Paula Dean from the food network !
The crate amp is a keyboard amp with 15" and 2 tweeters 4 channel.
The cube amp has a 6 " and tweeter 3 channel

I use the amps left and right . I just got this kit so my first impression is I like the crash and ride cymbals I really like the big drum pads they are much better than the 8" with the TD6and12 kits. The HH is not so good. I'll write more after playing it for awhile.

Nice to see someone with a red TD rather than the bog standard black and white people normally get. Enjoy it!

    Nice Score there mate.

I owned a big TD10 kit for a few years and they are great.
Trouble is you can spend more time fiddling with all the parameters rather than playing - LOL

    Re the hats.
I 'think that I used to dial in the 'sizzle' hats ( it was years ago ) and they sounded pretty good - but it is difficult to get a good 'chic' out of most of them. Still on the hats - On a physical level, can you buy and use the newer Roland 2 piece hats on that TD10 module??

If you ever want to expand it, all you need is the Roland TMC6 Midi Trigger Convertor and you can add about another 8 -10 pieces to that kit too

    Have fun with that

well i have been playing and tweaking the td10s for about a week and i like them better everyday ! This is the most realistic electric kit i have played. The drums are 10" and13" the cymbals are 14 " and 15". The toms feel close to acoustic and the cymbals feel like heavy acoustics. I am short so my reach is a problem with my acoustin kit with 2 floor toms I have tightened up the toms on the td10 and now i reach all the triggers without turning my body. I play on the factory birch kit with only a few tweaks and it sounds very good.
What I like most from this kit is that I can practice anytime and play as hard as i want and adjust the volume and keep everything balanced while still playing hard !
The cymbals sound very good all but the HH it is kind of dated the new vh 11 is better but the control program is not in the td10 module so spending the money to up grade is maybe not worth it right now .
This is the same kit as a td20 less the module and HH so in the future it is not far from being a TD-20 kit !!
