Well I decided to try my hand a some new drum video's. I put them on youtube and facebook under Gregory White. Didn't use any mics. and they came out pretty good. I need some more practice on my drum solo's before I put any more video's out. As they say practice makes perfect so that't what i'm going to do. If you all want to check out my video's I will try to down load them here if I can get it to work. I'm still learning how to use windows 10.
Keep drumming
Gregg

After reviewing the video's I decided to review youtube's how to video's on playing drum solo's. And I am going to work on putting in accents and a few rudiments. With some practice I should start putting better drum solo video's out and getting better review's. Also noticed the pitch of the toms are a little high and could be tuned down some. I look forward to everyone's feed back.
Keep drumming
Gregg
Both the links gave me a jpg (image). No video.

A bunch of cymbals
Off-Set double pedals
I think I love to play the drums simply because you get to hit 'em!!!
Sorry for that. That is why I posted them on facebook and youtube. I copy and paste them so I don't know why it didn't work.

Good job Gregg! Keep 'em coming bro!
Very nice "tribal vibe" in the first one. Delicious sounding cymbals you got there!
all the best...
The tom work at 1:03 in the first one reminded me of a thing Don Brewer does in a song call Mark says alright on Grand Funk Railroad live album. Good job. Love the sound of those hi-hats.
Check it out,

Nice playing Gregg.
This is just a thought, not a critique. Having played traditional all of my playing life, and watching a lot of drummers that also play "trad", I have found that I get the most control when I am between 3" and close to 4" up the stick.
Notice how far Buddy is up the stick.
Like I said, just a thought.
