    Default Old footage found 1987

So, my dear friend and keyboard player passed away a year and a half ago. His wife finally was able to go through some of his old VHS tapes. She found some footage of one of the bands we were in together.
Here's a cover of Van Halen's Love walks in from 1987. I'm playing a Simmons SDS7 kit with Zildjian cymbals.

    Dude, that was really great!
    Wow, talk about the "80's"....
The hair, the clothes, the sound, the stage show....you guys had it nailed.
That's so awesome that you have footage of you & you're good friend. Bet it really brings back the memories.

"Too many crappy used drum stuff to list"

    Play the SONG......not the DRUMS!!!

"I think that feeling is a lot more important than technique. It's all very well doing a triple paradiddle - but who's going to know you've done it? If you play technically you sound like everybody else. It's being original that counts." ~ John Bonham

Thanks everyone, we had a blast back in those days, At times it was grueling , playing 4 to 5 nights a week 48 weeks a year but it paid the bills. I'll post some more as I get them converted to my hard drive. I'll post them in the Videos section so I don't clog up this area.

This one is a double shot. Van Halen - Why can't this be love, Brian Adams/Tina Turna - It's only love

Nothing fancy here on the drums but a pretty darn good performance by our singer. Also check out the high harmonies done by the guitar player lol.
