Unfortunately, there is no level of security that can be executed in public places to completely eliminate this sort of evil. Those that perpetrate these atrocities seem to always be one step ahead of those attempting to stop them.

It's even easier when you don't have proper vetting in place. As a veteran, I've seen what terrorists can and will do first hand. They are evil people who want to murder any and everyone they can. They don't care what our personal beliefs are, nor what our political beliefs and feelings on the matter is.

It's like a chess game but the criminals are always 2 steps ahead and the authorities are looking like keystone cops. How many terrorist are on the list, off the list, or whatever. If someone has raised "suspicion"as being or has ties with terrorism keep a watch on them. Unfortunately this won't be the last time, they are getting way more aggressive and are plotting all the time.
