When you go from "I want to hold your hand" to "I am the (a) walrus ku ku ka chu." it was obvious that somebody went from harmless bubblegum music to living in a mushroom patch. If they showed up 5 years earlier or 5 years later, they would have been laughed back to Liverpool.

That's the WHOLE POINT! They didn't come 5 years earlier or later. They came when they came...and completely re-defined popular music!

    all the best...

They even have "Mandatory Metallica" everyday where people pick the same 5 songs as always... but to make it worse they called all of last month "Maytallica" and really really over played them. I stopped turning on my radio and only played CD's all month. I HATE Metallica because they are so over played and so over rated.

"Too many crappy used drum stuff to list"

    Play the SONG......not the DRUMS!!!

"I think that feeling is a lot more important than technique. It's all very well doing a triple paradiddle - but who's going to know you've done it? If you play technically you sound like everybody else. It's being original that counts." ~ John Bonham

That is a reason why I only listen to music from the late 60's-70's and some early 80's on Sirius Satellite Radio in my car.

Any band with 'cookie monster' vocals. I suspect its just a looped recording of someone throwing up into a bucket.
