Does anybody here use ankly weights to help with double bass stamina/speed etc? I read somewhere that its a good thing to do, and having just bought myself a double pedal im going to try it and see how it works. Any other tips on the subject? Thanks

Weights will build muscle but not speed. The muscle will help with stamina. Repitition builds speed.

I agree with Drummer. It's the repetition that builds speed. You must put in a lot of hours.
