    Default Wolfie56 has passed away

    Just heard from Wolfie56's ( Rick M Beun) wife that he has passed away after battling cancer for the last 2 years. R.I.P Rick we will miss your here on DC.

    I can't believe it. I had no idea he was battling cancer. I'll miss him here on drumchat, and I offer my condolences to his family, and everyone affected. I've seen a lot of him on this forum, and I was always happy to read his posts. I'm glad I got to know him on this forum. Rest in peace my friend.

    I'm in shock. I was wondering why we hadn't seen him lately.
    Wonder if we should post a memorial like we have for Frank? Can drummer allow that?

    Rick and I were friends on another forum before coming here.

    I will miss him a lot.

    He will be missed here for sure. Thanks to his wife for letting us know without her we would not of known that he had passed away. Thanks Mrs.Wolfie56 for taking the time to visit the forum and update us on Rick's passing.

    Sad news indeed. He will be sorely missed here. I always enjoyed his posts and knowledge. Prayers to his family. I hope they find peace in this difficult time.

    This is very sad. Rick and I shared a deep appreciation for Neil Peart's work. He was always encouraging and kind to me about my modest efforts in paying tribute to Peart's drumming on YouTube.

    RIP, my friend Rick. :(

    This can't be real.. He's been here as long as I can remember, I don't want to think of him as gone. I'm disturbed by the news a bit, I guess. Holy crap.

    Nobody did, you know Cancer is a very personal thing that no one wants to share for different reasons. I hope wolfie56 went out painlessly and drumming till the end.
