If you look at my stick bag, and check the number of extra sticks I have laying around, you might think so, but I just have so many because I was exploring what kind of stick I really like. Then I found out that different sticks are right for different music, and different situations.

I've always wanted to. But right now my collection consists of some Hard Rock Cafe 2Bs and a pair of sticks I bought in Vegas after the Blue Man Group show.

Cool article Drummer! Obviously the collector, Peter Lavinger, has respect for the drummers who sticks he has collected. It seems like more of a tribute than just a collection.

I pretty much have the sticks i use on the kit, and some for rudiment strength training. the only pair i have that might be my "collection" are a beat up pair of zildjian 5A nylons that i was using when i took a private jazz lesson from Herlin Riley, after the lesson all i had was my sticks and i asked if he would sign them. Its funny because people do not realize what they are, and i have a beat up pair of sticks that no one is aloud to touch sitting on the fire place mantle.
