Default Playin drums on tv!

So this week my school ,Grayson Highschool, was playing south gwinnett highschool and our game was voted for game of the week for Fox5 Atlanta. Well they wanted the cheerleaders to do something and then they wanted the drumline to play, So we did!!! and i deffinatly got a close up!! Im the one with the BIG red hair playing tenors!! Enjoy!

its so cool to have this happen, cause like remember when i was younger seeing a drumline or a pep rally on tv and wishing i could do it, and now i am :D

NOICE!! Love the closeup! You don't have the same sticks, but the same tenors, different color, but same brand and make. And that cadence is kinda like our entire cadence series (4 cadences, but we have too many cadences to count), we do the choking on the low tom in Apewolf (1st cadence) and we "groove out" which is our word for "dance" in PR groove, and the cadence itself sounds a bit like our version of Spider. And I was on TV playing cymbals a few weeks ago. But it was on cable, so I didn't get a chance to tape it.

Yes, phrogge they do. Think of a tuning fork with the two prongs perpendicular to the handle. They go into two holes in a bar between the two lowest drums (the ones furthest apart) right behind the gock drum (the high drum for quints, but for sextets, there are 2), and the tenors lay out across the "handle"
