requinto purchase

Well despite all the good advice to the contrary,I caved to my desire for completion and bought a Galaxy Requinto.I must say I absolutely love it.It has a great tone, ring and a nice snap too. Thats 4 congas That I have acquired in 4 months.Without knowing much about tuning I have happened upon intervals that are pleasing to the ear. I don't know what great drums could be like but these LP galxys are the cat's meow,;the bees knees ,the bomb anyway they are cool.I also spoke to a knowageable young man named Greg at Thera drums. He is very helpful and experienced. He said they are having a $100 off sale on the galaxcy series,although thats not where I purchased my conga.

I also found a young man on you tube named Miguel Leon who plays his Galaxcys very well. I think he must have a good teacher.

Thats it Mr.Leedy,Ive got DRUM FEVER and I'm having a good time.

Drumming brings pain too...sore back, but its exciting.
