I switch between vic firth 55A's and the AS5B (These are 5B's with round tips)

I like them. I don't use them as often. But the extra beef makes for some solid rimshots.

I use Pro-Mark Shira Kashi Oak 5B's. I use them because they are heavier than hickory 5B's, which I like.

Over the past year or so, I've predominantly played Vic Firth 85A's. They're slightly thinner than 5A's and have a slightly longer taper.

Vater Fatback 3A... they're easier for my old hands to hold, and I like the ball tip

Pro-Mark 5As and Vic Firth 7As here. I've got 6 pairs each of Vic Firth Carmine Appice and Charlie Watts signature sticks my well-meaning daughter bought me as a birthday gift, but I haven't tried them.
You can always tell a drummer...but you can't tell 'em much.

    Stuff:

1975 Rogers Londoner V in Spanish Gold
Sonor Force 3000 in need of refinishing
5" and 6.5" Rogers Dynasonic COB snares
Sabian, Amedia and Istanbul Mehmet cymbals

After playing Pro*Mark for a long time, I switched to Vic Firth, but now I have found a stick that is the best I have played! Vater Session Wood Tip, nice and light, durable enough for me! I'm a 50/50 player, I like both traditional as well as match grip and its good for both! Hope you guys try them out!

I'm still using Nova(generic vic firth) 5B's. Although I did pick up some marching band sticks at a thrift store awhile ago called Corpsmaster MS2. Real thick sticks, almost a bit heavy- I like using them to practice.

I'm currently on a kick of using Zildjian 5AND's They are a 5A nylon dipped, nylon tip stick. They have a great rubbery grip up half the stick (which is great for me because I tend to drop sticks during shows...LOL.)
