I picked up a 16" lazy Suzan type spinning wheel platform for messing with my snares and whatnot. Only $25.00 so what the heck! I tune my new heads with a key and my index finger then I use a stick after l put it the stand. I figure it will come in handy. LOL.Attachment 15884
I want one of those so bad! Makes tuning a lot less of a hassle.
I have two of them and they are soooooo helpful! !
Nice Lazy Suzy! Can't tell you how many times I walk through the 'kitchen appliance' isle and passed these things up. Changed my fair share of heads back in the day but it never occurred to me to use one.
