I was pretty good back in the '60's. Not so much after the '60's although I'm still fairly good at slow dancing.
There ain't hardly a woman in this world who doesn't like to dance..Seriously guys ya gotta get yourselves some moves now!
Ya know, they say how well you dance is a direct reflection of how good you are in bed. I can't dance to save my life. :icon_redface: But I'm really good in the sack. I can sleep for hours!
When I was in the army, the guys nick name me " Mr. Bo jangles".
I could do a mean dance with the floor polisher.:icon_lol:
I was about 2 weeks at my 1st permanent base and I drew the extra duty (can't remember what they used to call it, but I think it was charge of quarters)
The 1st Sargent asked me if I could work a floor polisher and, after watching other guys gliding this thing around on the floor literally with 1 hand and sometimes 1 finger on the handle, I told him "Sure, Sarge, I can do that" and promptly put it into the wall.
I'm not the worst dancer on the floor, because I stay at the bar watching.
Spent all my time drumming and never learned to dance.
Somehow, I can't imagine a beautiful woman saying to you..."Save the Last Drum Solo for Me"
LOL
all the best...
I used to be able to do a decent waltz, haven't tried in many years so I expect it wouldn't be all that great nowadays
I can not dance a lick....Liquor doesn't make a difference either
I can dance well, as long as it's uptempo music. In high school a female friend asked me to join their dance troupe as they only had 1 male member and wanted to add more. I was hesitant to join, being primarily concerned with what my teammates and other guys would think of me, as silly as that is / was.
I went ahead and joined them, and enjoyed it very much for the next 3 years and never heard even a peep about it from the guys :). Then fast forward many years and when the Ms. and I first met we'd often go to Hongdae in Seoul on Fri / Sat nights and dance at the clubs there. It's nice to let go and lose yourself in music, in whatever form you're doing so.
I also have 2left feet my mom's side of the family are dancers, I took after my no dancing dad side and ironically none of my uncle's or male cousins can dance. My wife tries to get me on the dance floor sometime I give in especially if the floor is packed ican just blend in. Now that I don't drink anymore no more liquid courage!
