as the title says im looking to learn to play marching snare and have no idea where to start so any tips of advice would be good

i need to know what type of inbox i need to get if i want to record with 7 mics and can i just record from the mics through the inbox straight to the computer or what do i need
when i play i dont grip that hard but ill try even looser
sometimes when i drum i get pains in the top side of my wrist and also on the top of my hand is there anything i can do to stop this happening??
and any tips to improve wrist strenght

i heard the other day its better for your wrists in the longterm if you play using your fingeres instead of using your wrists is this true???

i think it will be cool if you put both kits together to form one kit and leave them in there current colours it will look pretty awsome
