    thanks alot man i had a book filled with them but this was about 3 years ago and have no idea where it is need to go find it, and i think ill have my drums set up again in a month or so:D

    hand pains???

    sometimes when i drum i get pains in the top side of my wrist and also on the top of my hand is there anything i can do to stop this happening??

    and any tips to improve wrist strenght
