Beautiful little kick, but as far as the damage....

Did you try laying the wives flat on the carpet under the pool table? Just curious if that would have stopped them from buzzing as well.....
After watching that video, I completely agree with drummerMD. Over-engineered overkill.
New-to-me snare arriving today.
I WIN!!
Yeah, NICE RACK! :icon_lol:
But yeah, great tip too!
I just received my new-to-me hi-hat stand. A Tama Iron Cobra Lever-glide. It was well used, but in great operating condition. There was a bit of light corrosion on the raised parts of the pedal,...
I completely agree! There's no reason this particular bolt should have been tightened to the point of breaking off the head. If someone has an issue with a screw or bolt loosening over time,...
I used a regular drill bit to start a hole in the center of the broken bolt shank, then used an EZ Out, which is basically a left-handed drill bit, to extract it.

Taking the next 2 days off of work.
I WIN!!!!!
That's pretty damn accurate!! LOL

It was too tight to tap. I went full boat. I drilled it, and used an EZ out. Only broke one drill bit in the process. Lol
Thanks! I work aircraft maintenance, I supervise the Sheetmetal shop for the largest airline in the world. This is kinda in my wheelhouse! LOL
So I got this set of double Speed Cobras from eBay for a helluva deal, because one of the bolts was broken off in the hole on the drive shaft. I knew I could fix it, so I jumped on the deal.

Very cool!!
Great case, and great review Zack!
I hear that as well! I guess I should have mentioned, I don't play out, just at home. But being that I have the equipment to suspend it, I'll probably do that.
You mean I've been tuning them wrong all this time??? LOL
But yeah, I hear ya. And of course, the kit sounds totally different from the throne, as compared to the barstool. I appreciate your...
Well, being that I DO have the suspension mount, and I DON'T have a spare snare stand, I'll most likely go the suspension route. Thanks for your input guys!
