I'll be on a flight that day! You would think airfare would be less expensive that day right, but nope.
I'm an SJC guy myself. Like you said, their communication and relationships with clients is second to none. Having said that, C&C makes some quality stuff man. I think its a win-win no matter what ur...
I generally prefer bigger gigs. for the most party bigger gigs have better sound systems. I love playing a sick show with a nice drum wedge and feeling the kick from my bass drum under me.
This is what im working with. Basically a walking Billboard for Portugal (my motherland) Its all landmarks from portugal: trolly, Church, Castle, Longest Bridge in Europe, and of course the emblem of...
Thanks man I appreciate it. I played the headlining bands kit. It was a pretty decent pdp kit. I did what I had to do.
Honestly, I hate to rant, but I recently posted about how awesome and supportive everyone on this forum are, and i still think for the most part thats true.
I started this thread asking about a...
Well if you havent realized, the music industry has gone into the dumps in the past few years, and things that made a lot of people a lot of money 10 years ago, just aren't working anymore.

Haha yea i have too actually. But that should be the forewarning. Hey you can use your own kit, but you have 10 minutes for set up. Anything more cuts into your set time.
I'm not saying that i wouldnt play on a house kit, I obviously did..All i'm saying is that a true professional drummer, can set up a kit in 5-10 minutes and load off stage in even less. It's not like...
This really had nothing to do with quality when choosing headliner...at all..I am no newbie to the business. At the age of 18 I was juggling graduating highschool with touring the country. I spent...

Excellent deal, I used one on a recording session a few years back. Great steal! i mean Deal
some people are just terrible man.
If your dead set on using the double kick. I would check to see if your hi hat stand's legs swivel. if not, maybe invest in a 2 legged hi hat stand in the future.
I personally like the diversity of the 21 inch sweet ride. Its a good ride and I can crash on that thing nicely.
For me, the whole ride as a crash and ride just comes from being a hard hitter. I dont get the same kind of resistance from a crash if im really cutting into it.
Thats awesome, yea i also lost touch with them over the years, but ill pop it on the ol' ipod every few months lol
Awesome, The Misfits are from my hometown! Always have a soft spot. The original drummer MR Jim's sister is actually my tenant.
