    Stanton Moore uses an LP black beauty with a foot pedal. I use a black beauty mounted on my bass drum. Great sounding bell.

    Ringo's first Ludwig set was 20", 12", 14" and prob a 5.5 X 14 snare. This 2nd set, and the one used on most stuff was 22", 13", 16". He used the same snare the whole time.

    Thanks Marko. Sounds great too. Exactly what I was hearing in my head. Deep resonant sound with real nice clarity. Got a moongel on it now to dry it out. I might try cast hoops on it to help...

    Worked on some shuffle exercises given by my drum teacher, a few pages out of Bass Drum Control and some general noodling. About 2 hours.
