coated Ambassadors are 2 7mil plies and the onyx are 2 7.5mil plies. just a slight difference im guessing...

Im loving the onyx heads, they sound really warm and dont sound like plastic like some heads do. I have mine tuned kinda low as im going for less resonant sound. But also...
