Sweet Silverstar man. Birch drums with a Aluminum snare is great. That's what I have with my Silverstar kit. I have my Pearl Seamless aluminum snare with it and it's a great combo.

Well snare or not, I would take this kit over that DW any day of the week. Great kit man, congrats on that.
