I'm not gonna sugar-coat it for you my friend: That truly bites.
But I am gonna say the exact same thing everyone else is saying (and really its all that needs to be said) Keep goin'! :ok:

So many things I could say...

I heard they are really great sounding cymbals, I wish I had a few...
Granted, but since all the world's economies were counting a mass amount of people returning gifts, that they all go bankrupt.
Now the world's in chaos and its all because of satisfying gifts!...
I don't want to come off as evil, but that pic of the skinny child at the top of that page scared me so bad I almost screamed.
I'm sure its been mentioned before somewhere, but I wanted to know what everyone thought/thinks about gloves?
Welcome to the family Riff!
You'll find we are a friendly (if not occasionally silly) group, and are more than happy to answer any questions you have.
Once again, Welcome to the family!...
Spoken like a true friend, Skyhawk. Thanks, :)
I have a rudiment page bookmarked, and (truth be told) I have slacked off in the off-season a little bit.
Time to get back on it! LOL! :icon_mrgreen:
Lol
<Chuck Norris voice> You just gotta bite through the pain!
Lol, just kiddin.
I have the same problem too. Cold sticks make playing really hard, and to make matters worse I live in the middle...
I played an electric kit once, it was fun and really REALLY versitile in sounds and uses. I would like to add a few electric pads in my acoustic set (like Neil Peart and Danny Carey).
As for...
I keep trying to make fills in 5/4 (I'm using 5/4 just to get used to different time) but I when I try to go for a fil, I always end up back in 4/4 and have to stop for a second and listen to get...
Yea...
But i'm no good at rudiments either...
What kind of drummer am I? LOL!:icon_mrgreen:
ProMark makes marching sticks of all kinds don't they?
I'm too lazy to check at the moment, but look around their site.
And if worse comes to worst...Google it! :boom-crash:
I second that, SkyHawk.
I need to build my chops myself, I have like no chops at all. LOL!
I have always wondered what the Tama warlord series snares sound like.
The Spartan and Praetorian mainly.
I've also wondered about Arcylic snares. like those green-ish Spaun snares in Musician's...
I use a Remo Pinstripe snare head. It works really well for snares with "fat" sounds.
But I don't know if I would recommend it for a "popcorn" snare.
Sounds good guys, I'll look into that, Thanks!
Anything else? Anybody?
:drumset-3:
I would like to ask the opinion of the wise here at Drumchat on trickery.
Okay so here's the story:
Two days before the ASVAB test our school gave papers to students to take home to be signed....
I have been working on learning to play in odd time signiture's. Mostly listening to Tool (Danny Carey is a real beast) and Rush, I know I need to be listening to other things.
Any tips, advice?
Don't worry about height...(okay I lied worr about height, it might pose a problem) but I have a tenor player who is around the same height.
Words of wisdom.
I'll remember all that when we get some members.
Thanks BB!
Keep 'em comin everyone! All advice is accepted!
Including on what makes a good website/forum!
My friends Dakota and Jordan have started a server that we plan on making a website call Sentinel Shadow. This is mostly an for open source software and is entirely Linux based.
I'm eventually going...
I suppose thats one of the bad things about corps, that everything has to be faster, cleaner and better than the next corp.
So what do guys who just like to play do? Indoor drumline? Thats harder to...
In that case, please vote for the one you liked the best.
Ya know, somehow, I just knew you would. Hehehe :icon_mrgreen:
