Love that Mapex brought back the Birch/Walnut Saturn shell and also that they made a hybrid kit. Maple/walnut bass drum and Birch/walnut toms.. Good on them, Cannot wait to hear them....

If he is hitting that hard to cause even cheap heads to break at that rate you seriously should consider getting him a few lessons with a local guy before he does irreparable tendon/cartilage damage....
