I dunno guys, with the exchange rate and getting things up here through the border (to Canada) $120 seems quite reasonable for a good shoe, just putting that into perspective.

I used AeroTech 2000 on a cymbal yesterday and it cleaned it up real nice (not harsh)
I have a 1970's ride I would never clean, however.
that was awesome, and for a great cause!!
I love how as they moved throughout the arena you could spot the many levels of experience, as well as the cultural diversity and general make-up of many...
for the age of experience of the OP (newb in 08) I'd say he's doing well, so 34 songs to me after about 4 years of drumming is quite a bit to learn in 2 weeks.
If I were you I'd put them onto MP3...
flawless!!!!!!
last vid was the best
does that mean he should buy new drums?? lol :dancing:
I have been lucky, and both 'main' drummer dudes at our L and M's are/were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Both working drummers who I would buy from again and again (and have). I...
I love the DW just because it sounds so different from any of the others, you can really hear the depth difference, but I also really like the BE. Those EC heads aren't my favorite, and I bet with a...
Hey dude, I just saw this now so I apologize for the lateness - congratulations on your new addition!
My son turned 3 in February, and not to scare you, but I haven't slept through the night for 3...
When things get tough it seems smaller companies always cut their advertising budget first and foremost, when really it should be quite the opposite. Nothing will generate revenue if people don't...
One of my favorite video-posters on DC, love the sound you have going and your grooves are inspirational
Thanks for the hi-hat work rick, it was nice to see the variation, enjoyable vid as always
that was good, real good
I like what Evans has to offer, to me this isn't a quality control issue, and I will still continue to buy from them.
I had the same issue, but I chalked it up to me hitting it in that area - so I stopped doing so.
to me there is no sound change the crosshatch remains even if the printed bit doesn't.
welcome to DC!
have any pics of the kit?
most of the bands I see locally are wearing black, especially the drummer. I would probably wear black as that is less likely to show all the nasty sweat lines when you're rocking out. Let the kit...
sounds great, whats the head combo you're using?
Rick, I would like to see you play a beat with hi hat, kick, and snare.
damn dude that's awesome! That's the exact kinda stuff I'd want to play in a band, love the style
really loved that sound, for a solo piece without any other instruments, the whole thing sounded great. I would like to hear your kit with a mix of other instruments with the micing an eq-ing you...
hes doing it wrong...
congrats on the purchase, I am still trying to convince my wife that I need an E. She doesn't see the benefit yet, perhaps I should practice more when she's home! (no door to the basement and...
that was awesome and really well done!
I was sooooooo hoping you were going to do Sober :)
either way, keep it up, so good
classy video Toro, I love the fact that you kept it together on the quicker tempos. bravo!
